わかるわかる。もはや反射神経みたいなもんよな？何も変わってないってわかってるのに、スマホチェックしてる自分に気づくわ。その習慣もリセットせんとマジで。lol, I feel you. It's like a reflex at this point, right? I catch myself checking my phone even when I know nothing's changed. Definitely need to reset that habit too.
