Weil wind-down advice... anyone else bracing for this?
Saw this article about Weil's legal recruiter giving advice for company wind-downs. Man, just reading that made my stomach clench. Had a buddy go through something similar a few years back with a tech startup – total nightmare. Hope none of us here are staring that down anytime soon, seriously.
