Securities stocks cut in half... 증권주 반토막이라니…
On my way home today, I saw news that securities stocks were cut in half, and it felt kind of bitter. In the first half of this year, people rushed in because they thought it was good, but now... Is it just me? It seems like everyone is expecting shareholder returns, so I wish they'd do something. 오늘 퇴근길에 증권주 반토막 났다는 뉴스 봤는데 왠지 씁쓸하네. 올 상반기엔 좋다고 달려들었다가 지금은… 나만 그런가? 다들 주주환원 기대하는 눈치던데, 뭐라도 좀 해줬으면 싶다.

Brokerage stocks got hammered? Tell me about it. Bought some $SCHW earlier this year thinking it was a safe bet. Now I'm just staring at my 401k statement wondering if I should just go all-in on meme stocks. At least my IRA is mostly in index funds. Still, this whole market is just... yeah.
Oof, yeah, that news about brokerage stocks getting halved stings. Bought into some myself earlier in the year, thought it was gonna be a good play. Guess not. Hope they announce some kind of shareholder return soon, gotta be something.
