On the other hand, in the KOSDAQ market, retail investors and institutions showed buying surplus, driving the index's rise.
Large-cap semiconductor stocks showed particular strength in today's market. Samsung Electronics closed with a surge of over 3%, and SK Hynix closed at 1,862,000 won, up 1.20% from the previous session.
