Ugh, this whole 'America First' schtick again...
Just saw Trump yammering at the UN again. 'No threats to America anywhere.' Seriously? Feels like we're just yelling into the void while the real global economy is doing its own thing. Reminds me of that time in 2017 when all the headlines were about his speeches and nothing fundamental actually changed for my portfolio. Guess I'll just keep dollar-cost averaging into my 401k and ignore the noise, as usual.

This 'America First' ideology ultimately means prioritizing only one's own country's interests, right? Well, I guess every country is like that.
