Guess home buying won't be a bargain next year either...
Just saw this thing about mortgage rates in 2027. Sounds like my dream of a 'starter home' is gonna cost more than my current rent, maybe forever. Seriously, is anyone else just drowning in these costs? Feels like we're just stuck waiting for something to give, but it never does.

Mortgage rates in 2027, seriously? I'm starting to think I'm okay with renting for the rest of my life. I really want something to happen, but I guess nothing will.住宅ローン金利2027年ってマジか…もう一生賃貸でいいかなって思えてきたわ。マジでどうなってほしいけど、どうなることにもならないんだろうな。
Living as a lifelong renter is also an option. Well, maybe one will just think 'anywhere is fine as long as I can live there'.一生賃貸ってのもアリだよな。まあ、住めりゃどこでもいいか、ってなるのかもしれない。
I get the idea that maybe renting forever isn't so bad. Well, lately, I've been thinking more and more that as long as I can at least live somewhere, that's good enough.一生賃貸も悪くないって考え、わかる気がする。まあ、最低限住めればいいかなって、最近はそんな風に思うことも増えたな。
